Blue Clover Eventing is very happy to add Playtime to the string of upper level horses.“Smarty” as he is affectionately referred to around the barn (and believe us, he earned that nickname!) is a lovely 9 year old Selle Francias gelding owned by the Ellis family. He was the 6 year old show jumper of the year down in New Zealand, and did the jumper circuit there and in Australia before changing occupations. He evented with Lizzie Brown through the 1* level before he made the trip to The States this February. He is a phenomenal jumper and really wows the judges in the dressage arena. We are so excited about his future - can we say 4*? Team Horse? - and can't wait to get started!
Playtime moved from Training Level to Intermediate in 2011 and in 2012 I am aiming him at the spring CCI** at Jersey Fresh and moving up to Advanced from there
