Clifton Jade is a 2001 old New Zealand Thoroughbred competing at the Intermediate level. With a lot of help from a lot of people Clifton Jade went from New Zealand to Los Angeles to New York to Pennsylvania before he became a part of the Blue Clover Eventing team in October of 2009! Brought up through the eventing ranks in his home country half way around the world,“Morris” had even a little experience at the advanced level before he turned into Valerie’s top ride over here. Super light on his feet and willing to jump anything and everything he sees, Morris is a cross country whiz kid and just can’t get enough galloping and jumping. Which, in part, is why he spent his first couple of months with Valerie in dressage boot camp, including a 2month stint in Wellington his first winter in the United States. Morris and Valerie have their sights set on the spring CCI** in Bromont, Canada. Sponsorship opportunities are still available for Clifton Jade.
